rinabet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While rinabet takes reasonable steps to maintain Platform availability, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond rinabet's control.
In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not permitted, rinabet's liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. In no event shall rinabet's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your rinabet account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
rinabet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Upon account closure, rinabet will return any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) to the player via the original payment method, subject to completion of any required verification procedures.
